This Lent, deepen your prayer life while honoring the rhythms of daily life. Our five-week guided retreat invites you to encounter God's transforming love through Ignatian spirituality, a practice that helps us find God in all things.
How It Works
1. Spend 15-20 minutes each day in guided prayer with Scripture
2. Meeting weekly with a small group for spiritual conversation.
3. Journey through themes of God's love, self-awareness, walking with Jesus, finding meaning in suffering, and discovering hope
4. Receive weekly material and prayer guides
Weekly Themes
Week 1: God's Gaze of Love
Week 2: Awareness and Honesty
Week 3: Walking with Jesus
Week 4: The Path Through Suffering
Week 5: New Life and Mission
Choose from in-person or virtual gatherings:
- Virtual - Wednesdays, March 12 through April 16, 7-8 pm
- In Person - Thursdays, March 13 through April 17, 7-8 pm
The retreat is designed for busy schedules while offering the depth of the Ignatian spiritual tradition. No previous prayer experience is needed—just an open heart and desire to grow closer to God this Lent.
What is Group Spiritual Direction?
In Group Spiritual Direction, we come together in a group to listen non-judgmentally to each person's unique experiences in prayer and daily life, supporting one another as we notice God's presence and activity. Each week, you'll receive Scripture passages for prayer and reflection, and then at our gathering, we'll share what emerged through prayerful listening and gentle conversation.
