Our project began with the development of a long-range Master Plan for St. Thomas More Church and School. The plan was based on extensive consultation with our community, engagement with architects, and much prayer and discernment. Responding to that input, the Master Plan addresses our most pressing needs in an initial phase of construction and provides concepts for further development in later phases.
We then undertook a Planning Study to evaluate our community’s response to the Master Plan and to gauge the level of interest and capacity for us to proceed with an initial building project.
As a result of that study, we have decided to pursue the Base Initial Project of the Master Plan, which includes the projects that are highest priority to the school and parish. The Base Initial Project is estimated to cost $15,000,000.
