Join Lahronda Little, Ph.D. to explore how faith and religious practices impact our physical, emotional, social, and ecological well-being. This workshop looks at how people have thought about the connection between body and spirit throughout history, while recognizing that research has shown that our faith traditions actually impact our physical health. Rather than treating spirituality and health as separate domains, the workshop positions them as interconnected life principles, examining notions of personhood as indicators of individual and community well-being from interreligious and intercultural perspectives. Participants will engage in practical spiritual exercises, including meditation, conscious breathing, prayer, and movement, bridging theoretical understanding with experiential practice. The fee is $15.
